George Mitchell is an All-Through (3-16) multicultural school, with a Nursery. We are proud of our place at the heart of our local community and this is an exciting time for us. We are looking for an exceptional administrator with background experience of working in a school environment to support our admin team. The successful candidate must have SIMS and Ipayimpact experience and be first aid trained. The Administrator duties will consist of:
- Inputting data onto SIMS:
- Inputting and retrieving information onto the ipayimpact system
- Answering phones and taking messages
- Typing of letters and memos
- Filing and photocopying
- Ordering of stationery
- Dealing with parents and pupils
You must be:
- Proactive
- Hardworking
- Used to working to deadlines
- Not afraid to take on new tasks
- Able to multi task
- Outgoing and have a friendly personality

The post is term time only, 36 hours a week (45.6 weeks). Attendance at INSET Days and CPD sessions is required (5 days equivalence).
