We are looking for a number of proactive and reliable Neighbourhood Caretakers to deliver caretaking, cleaning, and minor repair services on our estates. You’ll be a visible presence in the community, ensuring that communal areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained for residents.
About the role
- Carry out caretaking and cleaning duties across estates.
- Report repairs issues promptly.
- Monitor standards and ensure communal areas are safe.
- Support the enforcement of tenancy conditions where needed.
About you
- Experience in caretaking, cleaning, or a similar service role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Awareness of health and safety at work.
