We are seeking a motivated Regional HR Officer to work in our busy Academy based at City Heights E-ACT Academy, Tulse Hill, London, SW2 3PW. The ideal candidate will have excellent HR administrative, organisational and IT skills and they will also need to ensure legal compliance and adherence to policy. They will need to be proactive in their approach, resilient and able to work on their own initiative.

This is a fast paced role and therefore the ability to prioritise work with minimal supervision as well as work as part of a wider team, is essential. Previous experience of working in HR is essential and the confidence to challenge senior management to ensure policy is followed. Safer Recruitment and schools HR exposure including managing the single central record would be a distinct advantage. Part CIPD qualified or an interest in working towards would be preferred.
