E-ACT are embedding and developing a regional model in the delivery of both education and operations across a geographic area. This is proving highly effective and successful in maximising resources in the current challenging financial environment. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional HR Officer to work for the Regional HR Lead, providing HR support to one of our largest Academies.
We are seeking a motivated Regional HR Officer to work in our busy Academy based at City Heights E-ACT Academy, Tulse Hill, London, SW2 3PW. The ideal candidate will have excellent HR administrative, organisational and IT skills and they will also need to ensure legal compliance and adherence to policy. They will need to be proactive in their approach, resilient and able to work on their own initiative.
This is a fast paced role and therefore the ability to prioritise work with minimal supervision as well as work as part of a wider team, is essential. Previous experience of working in HR is essential and the confidence to challenge senior management to ensure policy is followed. Safer Recruitment and schools HR exposure including managing the single central record would be a distinct advantage. Part CIPD qualified or an interest in working towards would be preferred.
The closing date for applications is Thursday 31st January 2019. Please read the supporting documentation carefully before completing and returning our application and equal opportunities form. For further information or an informal discussion please contact Jo Hutton, Regional HR Lead, on 07864605091.
