Consort Place features a 65-storey building that includes residential units, a hotel, and a school. In Canary Wharf’s Wood Wharf area, new blocks are under construction, including a 50-storey residential tower (E4), and a two-staircase residential tower on Cuba Street and student accommodation with three towers (2TW). Additionally, the Team boasts reviewing the world’s only Sky Pool, which stretches between two residential blocks at the 10th-floor level.
41 Building Safety Regulator projects working as Registered Building Inspectors, on cladding refurbishment, converting offices to residential use etc.

Leading on a diverse range of challenging projects. This management position, 10 staff per team. Dealing with the City fringe, Brick Lane area to residential developments in Bow and on towards the redevelopment area previously used by the Olympics. Managing Registered Building Inspectors to ensure they respond to the BSR Leads within reasonable time limits and ensuring the quality of work.
