Midday Meal Supervisor

Start date: ASAP

Part-time temporary post until July 2025

We are looking for someone who will be part of our friendly staff team; together we share a drive and determination to offer our children the best teaching and educational opportunities. 

This role is offered on a temporary contract basis and is subject to a probationary period.

The role involves:

• Supervising children in the dining hall, playground and classrooms.
• Clearing the dining hall, wiping tables and mopping up spillages.
• Organising games and play opportunities.
• Supporting children in accordance with the school’s behaviour policy.
• Dealing with minor accidents.

The successful candidate will:

• Be a good communicator who is organised and has effective interpersonal skills.
• Have a calm, supportive approach to supporting children during their free time.
• Have a good knowledge of health and safety in the school environment.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, the successful candidate will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
