The Role
The role of Director of Innovation, Enterprise & Quality Assurance is a College Leadership Team (CLT) role, co-opted within the Strategic Leadership Team (SLT) for line management responsibilities contributing to the strategic, operational management, development and performance of all aspects of College operations. You will support SLT by leading on identified major funding projects and leading the implementation of the College’s Commercial, Innovation and Entrepreneurship related strategies. You will play a key part in preparing the college for inspections by OFSTED, OFC and other reviewing bodies. You will work with colleagues to manage stakeholder complaints and lead on the development and implementation of effective policies and processes with regards to complaints.
About You
The postholder will be educated to degree level or equivalent, with a track record of senior level strategic leadership and management in a Further Education setting. They should possess first class communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to inspire people to think and act innovatively.
