The role:

As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will develop, plan and lead on the Council's strategy for recruitment and retention of social care staff. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Drive the development and execution of our social care recruitment and retention strategy, ensuring its alignment with the Council’s values and goals.
  • Change Management: Spearhead a range of change and improvement initiatives to enhance social care recruitment and retention, keeping our workforce at the forefront of industry best practices and planning for the future
