We are a long-established Resident Management Organisation in Southfields, Wandsworth, consisting of 279 properties, 232 of which are leasehold & 47 of which are tenant occupancies. We are looking for an experienced and committed Estate Manager to work with our Management Committee to deliver the day-to-day management of the estate.
Key to your success in the role will be your ability to manage budgets in a challenging environment, a commitment to delivering the responsibilities laid down in our management agreement, consistently excellent service delivery and proficiency in developing relationships with residents, contractors and other key stakeholders. Previous experience within a similar housing and business manager role also is required.
