Our students UCG attracts students from across London and beyond. Our students come from a diverse range of backgrounds. In the academic year 2022-23, we enrolled more than 3500 full time 16-18 students, 8,000 adult learners and over 450 apprentices across our Group.
We have around 1,000 dedicated, skilled and enthusiastic staff who always put the needs of our students first and we are now looking for an Apprenticeship Administrator to join our cohort of dedicated staff.

Our Business Development Department is responsible for the management and delivery of a range of provision, including Apprenticeships, English for Work, Short Training progammes and adult education programmes.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Outreach Worker to support the development and growth of the JCP provision, with an overall objective of the service becoming a model of good practice and therefore positioning the college well for future contracts and programmes with JCP and other key stakeholders working to secure sustainable employment for people who are currently long-term unemployed.
The post holder will develop and maintain constructive and proactive working relationships with JCP centre based managers and work coaches to ensure that the provision consistently meets agreed targets. Therefore previous experience of working with people on Universal Credit and providing appropriate advice and guidance (IAG) is essential, as are excellent customer service, interpersonal and IT skills.
