Data Assistant Apprentice & Office Administrator

Required for January 2023

Fixed term contract for 15 months

36 hours per week with 6 hours dedicated to study time

Salary details: £11.95 per hour

 

The Governors of Kelmscott School are seeking to appoint a keen Data Assistant Apprentice who will have the opportunity to gain a Level 3 Data Literacy qualification. The successful candidate will gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as well as assisting with our efficient running of administration and the School Management Information System in the school.

 

This is a great opportunity for individuals who will benefit from building confidence in data collection and distribution as well as using data for reporting and analysis.  The main requirements are a basic understanding of administration and a clear desire to embrace future technologies and develop their knowledge in this area.

The entry requirements for this programme are as follows:

 

  • To have the right to work in the UK
  • To have lived in the UK continuously for the past 3 years
  • At least a grade of 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English
  • To have not previously studied the course content
  • To not undertake any other qualification during your apprenticeship
  • To be able to apply your learning to your role

Interview date: Week commencing 12th December 2022.
