Dear Candidate,
We are entering an exciting time at Sixty Bricks Limited. The new Board structure led by the Chair Paul Lowenberg has overseen the arrival of new Chief Executive, permanent Director of Finance & Resources and Development Director role to complete the Executive Management Team.
The Company has an ambitious 10-year business plan to deliver 4,000 new homes in Waltham Forest which has been approved by the Shareholder (London Borough of Waltham Forest).
Having completed the first exciting scheme at Centenary House in August 2021, with four more schemes completing by August and November 2022, the Company is well placed to deliver excellent quality homes which aim to meet 50% affordable as well as carbon neutral targets. In addition, Phase 2 of the development programme will commence in 2023.
This role will play an important part in delivering that plan. As well as delivering excellent financial control, your experience in improving processes and systems will be of benefit to the whole organisation.
You will be someone who embraces new technology to improve automation and efficiency, but also enjoys working with internal customers who often don’t have a financial background to provide essential finance support to project management.

About Sixty Bricks Limited
Sixty Bricks Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of London Borough of Waltham Forest. It is a housing development company working in close partnership with the Council to deliver new quality homes within the borough, of which up to 50% to be provided for social rent or shared ownership.
We are also working in close co-operation with the Greater London Authority and have successfully applied over £25m of grant towards c400 homes in our Phase 1 programme.
We are on track to meet our ambition to have built 4000 homes in the ten years to 2030.
