Are you an experienced HR Assistant or HR Officer looking to move into a more challenging and rewarding role. We are looking for a proactive, engaged and enthusiastic professional to join our small and dynamic HR team. This is a great opportunity to get involved in all aspects of the HR journey.

Job description

As an HR Adviser reporting to the HR Operations Manager you will provide first line operational support across the business and will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the HR function including co-ordinating recruitment and selection activity; responsibility for day to day operation and updating of information systems including payroll reporting; and providing HR related management information.

 

Role requirements

You will have experience of working at a similar level in a generalist remit and have successfully co-ordinated a significant recruitment workload whilst supporting other responsibilities such as payroll. You will have an up to date knowledge of employment law and experience of working with and analysing statistical data. A proven ability to exercise judgement, as well as form productive and positive relationships at all levels. Being able to plan and organise your workload whilst maintaining attention to detail is essential.  There will also be opportunities to be involved in project work such as the annual employee benefit programme.
