Job Description

As Senior Advisor – Risks and Benefits you will have a significant opportunity to shape our approach to risk management and benefits management. Helping us deliver our corporate plan, you will support our management of risk, including our response to opportunities, our risk appetite and our risk framework. Combined with risk, the role will support our emphasis on achieving our objectives and delivering impact (or benefits) for our stakeholders. A new system has been implemented this year and we aim to further integrate the way that risks and benefits are linked with action plans to ensure value for money.  

Role Requirements

You will need to be a proactive self-starter, have a keen interest in and understanding of risks and benefits, and the drive to make a real difference. As important, you will have excellent people skills, be able to work collaboratively and use your influencing skills to create meaningful change with a variety of stakeholders.

This is a full-time permanent position which could be considered on a job-share basis. The role is based within our Planning and Performance Team at our London office, and is also a member of our corporate programme management office, supporting the delivery of change initiatives across the Commission.
