This role

Following the recent events at Worcester Park this is a fixed term contract support in the response for our customers in this area. You will provide housing management support during the next 12 months and lead the team in responding to customers housing needs. You will be accountable for issues including, safeguarding, income collection, void management, anti-social behaviour and most importantly resident engagement.

You will be the lead for managing the local relationship with customers as well as maintaining strong links with relevant local services such as Police, LA’s, MP’s and Councillor’s.

What you'll need to succeed

We are seeking a strong housing manager to lead the team at the Hamptons supporting our customers at a difficult time. It is essential that you are confident at dealing with conflict and can demonstrate experience of managing complex projects dealing with multiple partners. You should be able to articulate complex and challenging issues to seek support and agree actions.
