About the role
Join our Workforce Development Service and be part of making a difference to our colleagues, children and families.
As a Professional Development Support Officer for Achieving for Children, you will be responsible for:
● designing and commissioning training to support the implementation of our Signs of Safety practice model across the company
● supporting the development, planning and commissioning of appropriate learning through our Leadership Centre of Excellence
● provide support to professional development leads and head of service in the ongoing organisational development
This is a fantastic role in a lively and supportive team.

About you
To be a Professional Development Support Officer for AfC, you will be passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of children and young people as well as demonstrating the following points:
