The role
The School's HR Team is a well established and growing team in Southwark. We partner with our schools to support schools in achieving great educational outcomes for children and young people in Southwark. The HR Business Partner is an essential part of that delivery to schools because they work closely with schools leaders to achieve those outcomes through being solution focused.

We work in a collaborative way with colleagues in the council and trade unions. As we
are part of the Education Standards Team, we are well placed to support our schools more effectively because we better understand the educational context and challenges.

You will be required to travel to schools around the borough on a regular basis and there may be occasional meetings outside of normal office hours.
