We are recruiting a Business Information Officer to join our Business Information Team within the Asset Management directorate. You will help the organisation to deliver our vision of thriving, safe, and sustainable neighbourhoods where residents can be proud of their homes, respect one another, and realise their potential.

 

The post-holder will be working closely with our capital delivery team to track and monitor the fire safety element of our Better Neighbourhoods Investment Programme (BNIP). The successful applicant will have experience of contract monitoring and will report on the performance of our external contractors and in-house technical team to ensure that the required targets are met.

 

We are interested in hearing from individuals with proven analytical skills who can demonstrate where they have used a variety of complex data to improve performance.

 

The successful applicant will have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective and productive working relationships with colleagues, framework contractors and consultants;

 

Previous experience of using the Keystone system would be advantageous, however full training will be provided and of greater importance are a keen eye for detail, an inquisitive mind and the willingness to ask questions and consider how we can do things differently.
