Are you a dedicated professional passionate about high-quality mental health social care? The London Borough of Hackney, in partnership with East London NHS Foundation Trust (ELFT), is seeking an AMHP/Adult Social Care System Coordinator to join our diverse, multi-disciplinary teams. This pivotal role is split between providing administrative support to the Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) team for three days a week and a further two days dedicated to administrative and data collection functions for adult social care teams at ELFT.

In this role, you will be instrumental in facilitating the work of the Mental Health Quality Assurance Meetings, supporting service development, and acting as a MOSAIC expert to drive process improvements and provide guidance to colleagues. Your responsibilities will include efficient administrative support, managing referrals, compiling statistical reports, maintaining databases, and handling financial duties. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, the ability to work calmly under pressure, and a commitment to anti-racism and equality of opportunity.

To succeed, you will need strong administrative and secretarial knowledge, an understanding of confidentiality regulations (UK GDPR and DPA 2018), and experience with Google and Microsoft Office programs. Qualifications include GCSE/CSE English & Maths or equivalent in Business Administration. If you are ready to make a significant impact in mental health social care within a supportive and dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.
