This role sits within the Property Management Service and will be accountable for the day to day management of the gas service and maintenance, including compliance and measures to improve productivity. The Council has 33,000 homes, of which 12,500 homes are served by a domestic heating boiler.
How You’ll Be Involved
We’re looking for a highly motivated Mechanical Heating Contracts Supervisor to lead the in-house team responsible for maintaining and installing heating systems across Camden’s homes. You’ll oversee compliance, engineer performance, and service delivery ensuring that heating appliances are safe, efficient, and maintained to the highest standards. You will also contribute to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
This role supports Camden’s ambition to provide a high-performing, resident-focused repairs service that delivers statutory obligations while promoting quality, safety, and value for money.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and will require a Basic DBS.
