Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Hours : 26 hours per week , 39 weeks per year (8.15am - 3.45pm Tuesday to Friday)

Grade: Grade 4 Points 10 - 15

Salary : £31,611 - £33,987 per annum (£20,189 - £21,278 pro rata)

Contract : Permanent

Start Date: January 2026

The successful candidate will teach whole classes across the school for additional staff release and/or absence cover.

• Has recent, successful primary school experience teaching whole classes
• Has a passion for Music
• Has excellent skills and knowledge in this specialist area
• Is self-motivated with high expectations of self and others
• Can use his/her own initiative, showing resilience.
