We have been established for nearly 100 years, and currently own and manage around 350 homes.  We are looking to appoint an experienced, proactive and forward thinking Senior Neighbourhood Officer. The successful applicant will need to have a good history in housing management and demonstrate experience of the key issues the sector faces as well as the day to day issues that constantly evolve.

LSHA is committed to both improving the services and value for money that we offer our tenants and also to create a supportive place in which to work. It is an exciting time to join the organisation and contributing to make these ambitions a reality.  The successful applicant will need to be motivated, agile and manage a robust and ever changing work load.  The role is supported by a Neighbourhood Coordinator who reports to the Snr Neighbourhood Officer. As a small team, we share the load and we respond as necessary to support colleagues at key times throughout the year.
