We are seeking a dedicated Children’s Centre Assessment Progress Officer to be the welcoming face of our centres and the first point of contact for service users, visitors, and staff. In this vital role, you will handle a wide range of public and internal enquiries with professionalism and sensitivity, manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, and maintain a safe and tidy reception area. Your responsibilities will also include administrative tasks such as photocopying, message taking, stock ordering, data inputting, and liaising with external partners, these are some outline of the job duties . You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the centre, upholding confidentiality, health, and safety standards, and supporting the wider team.
