Here’s where you can help decide a better future for us all.
How You’ll Be Involved
As a Legal Disrepair Works Manager reporting directly to the Disrepair Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our Legal Disrepair cases are delivered to the highest standards. You’ll bring strong surveying expertise and a proven ability to balance technical knowledge with excellent interpersonal skills. Whether working independently or as part of a team, you’ll be trusted to oversee the full lifecycle of planned repairs—making sure every project meets our quality benchmarks and compliance requirements.
Your day-to-day will involve working off Scott Schedules and have close collaboration with contractors and Legal staff, from scoping works on-site to conducting thorough inspections before, during, and after repairs. You’ll be the driving force behind quality assurance, proactively identifying and resolving any issues to keep projects on track and within agreed timescales. With a keen eye for detail, you’ll also manage authorisations for payments and expenditure, always upholding our commitment to health and safety throughout every stage of the process.
You will be required to update a tracker of all your cases on a regular basis and record any issues preventing works from being carried out and highlight any delays
This is an opportunity to make a real impact ensuring our residents receive the best possible service, and that every repair reflects our dedication to excellence.
