About the Job

As a Regeneration Project Officer, you will be the lead officer for all housing management activities on regeneration sites. You will coordinate estate activities during consultation, decant, and development phases, support local hubs, and deliver high-quality tenancy and leasehold management services. You’ll play a key role in engaging with residents and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met throughout the regeneration process.

About You

Experience in social housing, care, or public sector housing management.
Strong relationship management skills with residents, elected members, and partner agencies.
Ability to manage complex casework and deliver high standards of customer service.
Contract monitoring and commissioning experience.
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work
