We are seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team and help support children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Conduct holistic assessments of pupils’ sensory, motor, and functional needs.
  • Plan and deliver evidence-based OT interventions (1:1, small-group, and classroom-embedded).
  • Contribute to EHCP reviews and support the achievement of pupils’ individual outcomes.
  • Work closely with teachers, teaching assistants, parents, and external agencies to embed OT strategies across the curriculum.
  • Provide training, coaching, and guidance for staff and families on sensory regulation, functional skills, and independence.
  • Lead on developing whole-school approaches to sensory-friendly environments and inclusive practice.

What we’re looking for:

  • Dip COT, BSc or MSc in Occupational Therapy together with HCPC and BAOT registration
  • previous experience of working in a special school setting or in a CAMHS service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with students, staff, and parents.
  • A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving and student support.
