Property Lawyer (Residential)
You will be one of a team of lawyers dealing with Residential Property Right to Buy matters. You will be able to demonstrate experience of residential property conveyancing transactions, Right to Buy and other related property matters will be your main area of work. You will have good drafting skills and an eye for detail as well as a good understanding to conveyancing law and practise. You will be able to conduct your caseload with minimum supervision and will be accustomed to working at pace in a busy team.

This post is classified as a flexible worker and requires 3 days office attendance a week.
The Person
We are looking for a team player who is self-motivated and flexible with good communication skills. You will be required to work to tight timescales.
