About the Role
The Senior Brokerage and DP Officer is a role in the Brokerage and DP team. You would be assisting the team leader and the manager in the smoother running of the newly combined Brokerage and DP team.
This is a hybrid role, currently you are expected to work from the office twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays however this arrangement may change.
You would be supervising staff and allocating work within the team on a day to day basis. You would assist colleagues with complex cases and take a lead on a specialist area of the team. You will need to work well under pressure and be able to work some weekend day on occasion
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience of working in Brokerage and/or Direct Payment Set up
- Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines and delegate tasks
- Ability to work well with diverse stake holders – residents, providers, colleagues and other professionals
- Have good organisational skills
- Have good communication skills
