Salary: £15.30 per hour plus London Weighting Allowance
Location - Station Road, Wickham Bishops, Witham, ESSEX CM8 3JL
Fairplay Outdoor Education Centre is looking for a dynamic, energetic sessional instructor to join our small but highly experienced team.
Our Instructors have a real passion for high quality outdoor education delivery and outstanding customer service to young people and adults, including those with special needs.
As a Sessional Instructor you will be delivering a range of outdoor and adventurous activities (subject to any currently held qualifications/experience and or subsequent training with us). Activities Include: Problem Solving, Archery, Orienteering, Sailing, Canoeing, Kayaking, Rock Climbing, Zip Wire, Giant Swing, Caving and Mountain Biking.

Overview of the job
Location:
Fairplay Outdoor Education Centre is based in Wickham Bishops, Essex. Fairplay House accommodates up to 79 students and 9 visiting staff and is set in 12 acres of parkland garden

Effective and high quality outdoor education delivery through outdoor and adventurous activities
Safe but fun with a strong emphasis on pastoral care

Great group control and behaviour management
Training and qualifications
We particularly welcome applicants that hold at least 2 nationally recognised qualifications such as BCU/UKCC coach, CWA/SPA/ERCA, RYA dinghy instructor, RYA PB2/Safety Boat, GB Archery Leader Award, A relevant First Aid Qualification. A particular interest in cycling and bike maintenance also an advantage.
Some previous experience in another centre would be an advantage.
A thorough induction and training regime exists at the centre with the ability for further NGB qualifications
