Complaints Review Officer

Now is an exciting time to join our Complaints Team as we strengthen housing management and play a vital role in helping the council meet its compliance obligations with both the Housing Ombudsman and the Regulator for Social Housing. These Complaint Review Officer roles—two permanent and one 12-month fixed-term—sit within the Regulatory Assurance service area, where your work will support adherence to the Complaints Handling Code and contribute to the council’s commitment to meeting standards set out by the Regulator for Social Housing.
