We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team as an Application Performance Co-ordinator in the vibrant borough of Tower Hamlets. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a newly established Digital & Data team. The role will require close work with our Development Management amd Divisional Support teams, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and performance of our applications.

About the Role: As an Application Performance Co-ordinator, you will be at the heart of our operations, taking ownership of key tasks and developing the role to its full potential. We are keen to find someone who is a quick learner, can take initiative, and is eager to grow within the service. Your responsibilities will include preparing all documentation, managing financial processes, and cordinating between all necessary stakeholders across all stages of site development. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop a digital service with a strong emphasis on data collection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Priotise registeration of key applications, prepare all documentation, manage financial processes, and cordinate all stakeholder requirements including statutory processes
  • Develop a digital service with an emphasis on data collection.
  • Work closely with the Development Management and Divisional Support teams to ensure optimal application performance across all servicies involved at different stages of the property development cycle.
  • Take ownership of tasks and develop the role to its full potential.
