Role Overview: As the Data & Applications Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our data and applications strategy. You will lead a talented team, manage key projects, and ensure that our data-driven initiatives are aligned with our goals of delivering high-quality services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Data & Applications team
  • Work closely with corporate IT to ensure seamless integration of data systems
  • Hold responsibility for managing and developing a number of data sets informing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including housing data
  • Develop and implement data strategies and applications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address data needs
  • Ensure data integrity and security
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement
