Role Overview: As the Data & Applications Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our data and applications strategy. You will lead a talented team, manage key projects, and ensure that our data-driven initiatives are aligned with our goals of delivering high-quality services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Data & Applications team
Work closely with corporate IT to ensure seamless integration of data systems
Hold responsibility for managing and developing a number of data sets informing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including housing data
Develop and implement data strategies and applications
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address data needs
Ensure data integrity and security
Drive innovation and continuous improvement
