HR Systems Analyst
Fixed term: 12 months
Location: Lynton House, Ilford
This is an exciting time to be working for the London Borough of Redbridge. We have an ambitious corporate plan that we are committed to delivering and we are in the process of shaping new work streams to fundamentally change the way that the council works in the future and uses its data.
This role will be within the Intelligence and Insights Team and is responsible for providing accurate and consistent HR management information to the Council. They will manipulate, analyse, and interpret complex data in partnership with the HR Directorate and the wider council to deliver on corporate objectives.
The HR Systems Analyst will be responsible for development of HR statistics and Key Performance indicators using iTrent and other relevant data sources. As well as utilising Business Objects to create or update existing reports.
They will also support the development of PowerBI reporting, via the development of dashboards and data models to enable better visualisation of data.
They will take a pivotal role in providing Intelligence support to HR Specialists, HR Services, HR Business Partners, and other managers across the Council.
You will report to the Manager of the Intelligence and Insights team and will work closely with the current HR Systems Analyst, Human Resources, and the wider Council.
