The Resident Relationship Officer will wholistically support residents by working with households and individuals, to ensure they have access to education, training and employment opportunities.
The successful candidate must have a passion for helping residents in all aspects of their lives and be able to remain professional and non-judgemental when dealing with complex needs and case work. You will bring specialist knowledge to the team, including but not limited to experience of delivering positive outcomes in substance misuse support services, experience working in mental health services, working with former offenders or those with complex needs.
Access to the service will be primarily short to medium term, however in some more complex cases engagement with a resident may be long term.
