Fostering Project Co-ordinator
This role is for a Fixed Term Contract which will end on 31st March 2026.
The postholder is required to provide expertise and leadership in the development of the key identified areas in fostering service. To lead and provide support in the development of the work of the fostering service and build capacity to ensure that foster carers and the children in their care have access to comprehensive support systems.
As a member of the fostering service management team, the postholder will be integral to providing professional support and guidance to supervising social workers, in partnership with team managers, fostering reviewing officers and the professional network and promote the delivery of best practice in line with local and national requirements.
The post holder will produce reports that provide a comprehensive overview of the developments within the service and collate national and local data to inform best practice.
Please note that all applicants must have five years or more post qualification experience.
