Our Integrated Commissioning Service is looking for a passionate and dedicated Community Sector Partnership Development Manager to join our team and help make a difference in Southwark.

About the Role:

This is an exciting new role focused on strengthening collaboration between Southwark Council, the voluntary, community, and social enterprise (VCSE) sector, and wider health and care partners. You'll lead on ensuring the successful delivery of joined-up, preventative services that improve outcomes for local residents. You'll provide leadership across system partners, manage VCSE service contracts, and drive improvements using data, insight, and co-production.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Skilled in building partnerships and managing stakeholders across sectors
  • Confident using data and insight to inform service improvements and commissioning
  • Experienced in co-design, project management, and contract oversight
  • A strong communicator and influencer, with a focus on collaboration
  • Passionate about tackling inequalities and promoting inclusive services

About the Team:

You'll join the Integrated Commissioning Unit - a collaborative Southwark Council and NHS team responsible for commissioning health and care services in Southwark. You'll work with internal departments and external partners including Adult Social Care, VCSE organisations, public health, and community leaders. This role sits within the Age Well workstream, with a strong focus on the Ageing Well Southwark service and broader preventative community support.
