Full Time Salary: £42,324 - £46,512 p.a.

Main Responsibilities
- Establish, implement, and develop processes related to the entire employee lifecycle across the Trust, including recruitment, onboarding, flourishing annual reviews, and offboarding
- Review, optimise, implement and manage HR systems to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Organise, track, and support people development programs and initiatives to enhance employee experience and engagement
