Notting Hill Genesis, one of London's largest housing associations, are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join us on an 18-month fixed term contact. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process across designated business areas. You'll play a key role in shaping our workforce by using innovative sourcing strategies and fostering strong stakeholder relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to make a real impact in a values-driven housing organisation.

As part of our in-house HR team, you'll help attract and retain the best talent, ensuring we continue to provide outstanding services to our residents. Using your recruitment expertise and data-driven insight, you'll support hiring managers and champion diversity and inclusion across all campaigns.

How you'll do it

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HRBP's to understand the hiring needs and deliver impactful recruitment campaigns.
  • Develop and deliver tailored recruitment and sourcing strategies to engage candidates in line with our values.
  • Screen and assess talent effectively to ensure cultural and competency alignment.
  • Leverage data, competitor analysis, and market insight to guide recruitment decisions.
  • Build talent pipelines and utilise recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, ATS).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practice.
  • Support candidates through every stage of the journey, from application to onboarding, with clear, timely communication.
  • Hybrid arrangements - at least three days a week in an office. On other days, working from home may be possible, depending on the work and the interaction required.

The ideal candidate

Pending confirmation of legislative changes, this role may require a qualification to demonstrate competence. If not already qualified, there may be an expectation to study towards a professional qualification.

Essential:

  • Proven experience in managing the full end -to end recruitment cycle across multiple roles and business area.
  • Knowledge and confidence to recruit for the housing sector within London.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, advise, and build trusted relationships.
  • Ability to utilise recruitment systems, Boolean searches, and social media sourcing effectively. (e.g. X-Ray searcher, LinkedIn, ATS)
  • Strong analytical skills to translate market data into actionable recruitment strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • In - house or RPO experience, ideally within property related or housing sectors

Desirable:

  • CIPD or recruitment qualification
