We are seeking an experienced Housing Management Team Leader to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will lead a talented team of up to six of our dedicated staff members, driving high performance and fostering a culture of excellence. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of outstanding housing management services that consistently exceed resident expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and direct line managment of a team of up to 6 housing professionals, providing coaching, support, and performance management to elevate service delivery.
Establish and maintain high performance standards to ensure an exceptional resident experience.
Collaborate with other key departments, including voids and asset management, to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to service delivery.
Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve response times and overall service quality.
Monitor and report on team performance, while proactively identifying areas for improvement.
