Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Housing Management Team Leader to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will lead a talented team of up to six of our dedicated staff members, driving high performance and fostering a culture of excellence. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of outstanding housing management services that consistently exceed resident expectations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct line managment of a team of up to 6 housing professionals, providing coaching, support, and performance management to elevate service delivery.
  • Establish and maintain high performance standards to ensure an exceptional resident experience.
  • Collaborate with other key departments, including voids and asset management, to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to service delivery.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve response times and overall service quality.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, while proactively identifying areas for improvement.
