Downshall Primary School is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Head Teacher &
SENCO with special responsibility for Inclusion. This is a full-time position. The successful
candidate will play a key role in the development and day to day management of the school
alongside the leadership team. They will lead the SEN department, develop inclusive practices,
and support students with special educational needs.
