Are you an ambitious Applications Analyst looking for a new challenge where you can help drive and develop key systems for Camden Council?
Camden Council are looking to to invest in a talented Senior Applications Analyst - Mosaic who can demonstrate a balanced mix of technical and business skills with a passion to drive service improvement and enhance application and data integration. Camden uses the latest technologies to support and provide efficient services to a vibrant community of over 270,000 residents, 20,000 businesses and enabling around 4000 staff.
Working in Digital and Data Services means you will join a diverse and ambitious team helping to make the borough a better place for all. This role will be key in supporting services for Adults and Children’s Social Care that will help support our local community and improve access to these key services that will help transform lives.

All about you
As part of our drive for improved services you will play a key role in both the support and development of our Mosaic Systems. Working across the full application lifecycle you will focus on supporting and developing solutions that will improve functionality and performance of systems.
Working with key business areas to understand changing requirements, business processes and provide innovative solutions to ensure consistent delivery of services to our customers.
Core Skills
• A strong background of working within an enterprise applications environment with experience across full application lifecycle with core skills in supporting, configuring, developing and testing social care systems with a good knowledge of Mosaic
• Ability to develop Form Templates within Mosaic
• Ideally experience of working within a Local Government or Social Care environment with a strong understanding of business process and Social Care related Systems
• Experience of working within system analysis and design with proven experience of providing recommendations and providing solutions to problems to ensure consistent delivery of high quality services
• Ideally experience of working within both a Dev/Ops environment and working within ITIL aligned environment with a strong understanding of change management and governance
