Compliance Co-ordinator (Electrical)

Full Time - 35 Hours per week

An opportunity has arisen within our Asset Compliance Team for a Compliance Co-ordinator (Electrical). The successful applicant will lead operational compliance responsibilities in relation to electrical safety.

The postholder will:

• Be responsible for ensuring that programmes within the post holder’s remit are compliant, that compliance is robustly evidenced, and that the organisation’s exposure to risk is clear and carefully controlled.
• Deliver a considered, efficient, value for money service with resident-focussed delivery models that meet current and future needs.
• Work as a team to ensure that all properties are safe, warm, dry and comply with all requirements
• Manage all allocated resources including delegated budgets effectively and efficiently
• Monitor the compliance position for each electrical programme and take timely action 
• Oversee a portfolio of contracts, ensuring that any areas of weak performance are addressed
• Deal with, and respond to, all asset compliance related enquiries, correspondence and complaint
