We are looking for someone who has at least 1-2 years’ experience in an admin role carrying out receptionist duties, diary management, booking systems and managing a database.

Good communication skills and a welcoming manner are essential.

You need to be interested in working in a busy Children’s Centre and Family Hub with parents of children under 5 and a range of professionals.

Visits and walk around are welcome

We are seeking to appoint someone:

  • Confident in managing a database. We use Childview and Bromcom. You will need to be able to learn how to use our systems quickly and enter data and create reports using the database.
  • Competent with Excel and the use of Google Drive and its features to produce reports that tell the story of the impact of services offered. 
  • Creative who can use their own initiative and enjoys working in a team
  • Flexible and able to work across the lead centre at Kay Rowe Nursery School Confident to be front of house and committed to ensuring that every family is welcomed and given the information they need to access services for their children aged 0-5
  • Able to undertake general admin tasks
  • Interested in analysing trends and patterns of family contact with children centre services.
  • Kay Rowe Children’s Centre is now part of the United West Family Hub and part of the role will involve collecting and entering Family Hub data.

A degree would be an asset.
