You must have:
- QTS (or be due to have)
- Prior experience of training or working with 3-7 year olds
- Energy and enthusiasm
- A growth mindset- be curious about learning and keen to develop your knowledge and skills
- A willingness to play and learn with our children
- An understanding of how children learn
- An understanding of how to support children with SEND
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to a close partnership with parents and the wider community
