Tower Hamlets Early Help and Children and Families Service (EHCFS) team is pivotal in delivering the Councils Early Help offer for children, young people and families in the borough. We are looking for an experienced and competent Communications and Engagement Officer.

This role is responsible for working closely alongside the Communications and Engagement Manager to develop and deliver high-quality, dedicated internal and external communications, engagement and marketing support for the Early Help & Children and Families Service. This includes tasks spanning administration, design, procurement, copywriting and content creation.

The role will be contributing to the Service’s engagement work through Corporate Communications and be responsible for identifying, engaging and building relationships with people in the community and key stakeholders to raise awareness of Family Hubs. This is a front facing role and not available for hybrid working. We require the successful candidate to work on Wednesday PM, Thursday and Friday.
