The advertised salary is for full time work, the salary for part time will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. The part time salary is £18,534 - £19,029 pa.

To help us achieve this and contribute to making Enfield a fairer place for all, we are seeking a Quality Assurance Officer who will based within the Adult Social Care.
About you
We value experience of having worked closely with service users within provider services to improve outcomes. Ideally, you will have experience of working in a care setting or with a variety of providers and people with a range of needs that may include disabilities, physical or mental health conditions and/or older people. We are looking for candidates who are solution focused, with a positive attitude and committed to the provision of excellent services for all residents.
We are looking for individuals who will place the complex needs of the people of Enfield, at the centre of everything they do, ensuring that services are accessible, of the highest quality and represent value for money. Confidence and assertiveness will be key to your success as you develop and maintain a range of effective working relationships, both internally and externally. You will also bring excellent planning and organisational skills.
