The Post
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Change Communications Lead to lead communications for our strategic change programme. This role involves developing and delivering detailed communication and engagement plans that are synchronised with project plans, supporting cultural transformation, and ensuring effective internal and external communications. You will work closely with workstream delivery teams and senior responsible officers and arrange of senior stakeholders including from partner organisations across Brent.

You will have proven relevant experience in strategic communications and change management with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. You will enjoy the challenge and opportunities in work collaboratively across a broad range of colleagues and partners to make change happen. You will understand Brent’s wonderfully diverse communities and relish being part of a transformative initiative that makes a real difference to the communities we serve.
