Summary
What you'll do
As part of the Stoke Quay Estate Team, you will contribute to the health, safety and cleanliness of all of the communal areas, plus offer additional support to the void management of our Market Rent properties, and maintain the staff areas and Estate Office.
How you'll do it
- Manage cleanliness and health and safety in designated areas.
- Where necessary act as a first responder to incidents on the estate and determine appropriate action.
- Use on-site equipment to assist with keeping estate clean and well presented.
- Work with the wider team to maintain the estate and work fluidly to cover periods of absence.
- Attend all training and refresher courses.

- Proven experience of working in a customer facing role.
- Proven experience of cleaning high traffic area safely
