Site Manager

Hours:  37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.  A split shift pattern is preferable (7.00am - 12.00pm and 3.30pm to 6.00pm) 27 days annual leave per annum

Grade:  Scale 5, Point 12-15

Salary:  £31,524 - 32,931 p.a. 

Contract:  Permanent

To Start:  6th January 2025

The role includes:

• Security of the school building (being a registered key holder)
• Maintenance work and minor repairs
• Ensuring the school grounds are always safe and tidy
• Liaising with contractors
• Maintaining and monitoring health and safety requirements
• Supervising the cleaning team
• Some cleaning responsibility

The successful applicant will be required to maintain the school building and its grounds to the highest standard and be able to work to their own initiative. An understanding of Health and Safety responsibilities and general buildings improvement and maintenance would be beneficial although training will be provided.

The Site Manager will supervise the cleaning team and the role will include an element of cleaning and maintaining the high standards we have come to appreciate as paramount.

The post is 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, and involves working a split shift pattern.
