Building Surveyor

Full Time – 35 hours per week

£43,542 to £46,437 per annum

Poplar HARCA is an award winning housing association, based in East London.
We are looking for a Building Surveyor to join our team and continue their development and career progression.

Our surveyors operate on a patch based system. All our homes are local and can be reached by walking or using local transport links.

As a Building Surveyor you will be responsible for delivering a full range of building surveying duties, in a defined patch, including –

• Pre and post inspections
• Disrepair inspections
• Damp and Mould inspections
• Aids & Adaptation requests

This is an exciting role with training and support provided to develop and progress within the organisation.

We are looking for someone who has the correct balance of people and technical skills, who can build strong relationships with the contractors and residents on their patch and deliver an excellent customer focused service.
