About Camden

Camden is changing on the inside to make life better for everyone. O Our residents and communities are at the heart of everything we do, and now we’re transforming housing services to meet the ambitious goals of We Make Camden and The Way We Work. Join us as a Housing Performance and Assurance Lead to help shape Camden’s future in housing services.

How You’ll Be Involved

In this role you’ll champion a performance culture across Camden’s Housing and Repairs services. We’re seeking an enthusiastic, thoughtful, and collaborative individual to design and implement a cutting-edge performance and learning framework, making data-driven insights foundational to improving service delivery and meeting Camden’s social housing regulatory requirements. You’ll lead Camden’s preparation for regulatory inspections, work collaboratively with departments to ensure compliance, and make a meaningful impact on our journey to transform housing services.

All About You

We’re looking for a data-driven, innovative leader who can inspire others to embrace a culture of continuous improvement and performance management. You’ll have a background in developing performance frameworks, strong analytical skills, and experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in areas such as housing, social care, or other public services, along with a passion for Camden’s vision of inclusive, neighbourhood-focused services, is essential.

You’ll bring strong communication skills and a commitment to diversity, as well as the ability to build partnerships across services, helping Camden redefine housing standards.
